Shipping & Returns

All shipping costs are automatically calculated according to the weight of the products you order.  You may find buying two or more products at the same time will result in a lower shipping cost per item.  Just click on the Estimate Shipping button for a postage cost.

The customer is responsible for entering their Address and Post Code correctly and for collecting any purchases from their Post Office or Parcelforce if they are not in when delivery is attempted.  You can choose a separate Delivery Address (work, maybe) when you place your order.  We will notify you if any items are returned to us from the Post Office or Parcelforce.  In these circumstances we will charge you for the Postal element of your order again before we will ship your order back to you.

All shipping is via the Post Office (either 2nd Class, 1st Class or Air Mail services)
or ParcelForce 48.

We aim to ship any items within two working days, if not sooner and will inform any customers via email of any changes in circumstances.

Returns will be accepted if we are notified by email within 7 days of receipt.  Goods must be returned unopened and securely packed.  The customer is responsible for paying the return postage except where BattleQuest Games have sent the wrong item.
